The only drawback i can see is that [name]alana [/name] [name]thompson [/name] is reality child star [name]honey [/name] boo boo’s real name so it may be considered “downmarket”. While i’m usually not a fan of extra letters in names, i prefer the spelling [name]alanna[/name] over. I think i have finally narrowed it down to 2 names for my daughter.

I am fully irish and my husband is persian/arabic. She will mostly go by. But could also be short for alana etc. I have considered [name]alana [/name]… i like it, but what i love about [name]elena [/name] is that it sounds the same as the turkish name, [name]aleyna [/name].
My dad’s name is [name_m]alan [/name_m], so i always thought i. Lana is a slavic short form of svetlana, milana etc. I am pregnant and looking for names for our daughter, yes we know for sure its a girl 🙂 we are both very proud of our heritages and would. I need some naming advice!!!
