I called xfinity and was. What happened to the newsmax channel 1115? Over & over all day.

I tried to tune into newsmax this morning and a box came up that said that i now needed a subscription.
Only newsmax is doing this, it is part of my package
I would like to know why is my channel 1115/newsmax has been disconnected? Channel plays for a short time. I have to back out of the channel and hit watch. Can’t watch newsmax on xfinity for 1 minute without freezing.
I love newsmax and want it! I use both a roku 4k express and a roku stick to watch tv programs through the xfinity stream app. Why does newsmax get stuck and repeat same 3 seconds over and over, never moving on? All of a sudden i get the message you don't have access to this channel.
I have had this channel since 2019.
Starting on 12/22/2025 while watching newsmax on the xfinity stream app newsmax has been constantly freezing. On 02/19/25 the newsmax channel started freezing for no reason. Does anyone else find it strange that newsmax and a few other news channels been removed from our channel lineup right before the election? I have been able to watch this channel since 2020 for free.
Thought it may have been a cpac thing but the issue persists for normal programming as well. How can i get newsmax?
