I think i have finally narrowed it down to 2 names for my daughter. I am fully irish and my husband is persian/arabic. My dad’s name is [name_m]alan [/name_m], so i always thought i.

So, my middle name is my paternal grandfather’s name, and i always thought i would do the same thing with my first child.
But could also be short for alana etc.
Which would you pick and why? Is there a “correct” or “original” way to spell [name]elaina [/name]/ [name]elena [/name]/ [name]alaina [/name]/ [name]alayna [/name],etc??? We [name]love[/name] the name [name]adriana[/name], but it is awfully close. Just for a bit of fun 🙂 the mazelee family (youtubers) now have eight children, six girls (amyah, akyli, azaio, arazo, ajoui, ajaiu) and two boys (ajedi and unnamed newborn).
The only drawback i can see is that [name]alana [/name] [name]thompson [/name] is reality child star [name]honey [/name] boo boo’s real name so it may be considered “downmarket”. I have considered [name]alana [/name]… i like it, but what i love about [name]elena [/name] is that it sounds the same as the turkish name, [name]aleyna [/name]. We have a little girl named [name]alana[/name] and she is having a baby sister. She will mostly go by.
