I need some naming advice!!!
My dad’s name is [name_m]alan [/name_m], so i always thought i.
I have considered [name]alana [/name]… i like it, but what i love about [name]elena [/name] is that it sounds the same as the turkish name, [name]aleyna [/name]. I am pregnant and looking for names for our daughter, yes we know for sure its a girl 🙂 we are both very proud of our heritages and would. So, my middle name is my paternal grandfather’s name, and i always thought i would do the same thing with my first child. I am fully irish and my husband is persian/arabic. I think i have finally narrowed it down to 2 names for my daughter. But could also be short for alana etc. Lana is a slavic short form of svetlana, milana etc.
We [name]love[/name] the name [name]adriana[/name], but it is awfully close.
The only drawback i can see is that [name]alana [/name] [name]thompson [/name] is reality child star [name]honey [/name] boo boo’s real name so it may be considered “downmarket”.
