I'm facing the same issue. Internet connection is fine, other messaging apps. Have tried to log into my yahoo account (it has the format xyz@btinternet.com).

Cannot login i know you want want to reset your email password but are you at present able to log onto your email account?

Bt 'yahoo' mail issue bt severed all ties with yahoo many years ago and moved all the accounts onto the btmail system so yahoo is no longer relevant to your email account. Although i tick the box keep me signed in i get logged out if i am inactive for a fairly. Email new login ever since the login change, my email page no longer keeps me signed in as it used to.
