Newsmax is included on our x1 platform in most all areas. On 02/19/25 the newsmax channel started freezing for no reason. All of a sudden i get the message you don't have access to this channel.

I tried to tune into newsmax this morning and a box came up that said that i now needed a subscription.
Why does newsmax get stuck and repeat same 3 seconds over and over, never moving on?

Does anyone else find it strange that newsmax and a few other news channels been removed from our channel lineup right before the election? I have to back out of the channel and hit watch. Only newsmax is doing this, it is part of my package Look for tv and entertainment problems.
What do you see when you tune to channel 1115? I have been able to watch this channel since 2020 for free. I use both a roku 4k express and a roku stick to watch tv programs through the xfinity stream app.
