6 i'm trying to use bootstrap in my asp.net mvc5 project (i'd like to use.net 5, but visual basic is not fully supported yet.) i installed the latest nuget package, but no folders/files were. I am new to.net so i am kinda. Generate an asp.net web application (.net framework) application.

But how to compile the bootrap.scss and use that in the _layout?
I want to update bootstrap in asp.net core with nuget.
I actually tried that approach, and it seemed to work, in that a bootstrap node appears under nuget in the project dependencies. However, i could not figure out how to then reference bootstrap from a view. It looks very straight forward as explained here but it doesnt seem to be working. Here is a screenshot of my nuget output:
I installed bootstrap 4.x via manage nuget packages in visual studio for this solution, but the bootstrap files does not show for referencing. I am trying to update an asp.net mvc app on.net 4.8 to use bootstrap 5.1. It has installed bootstrap.js and scss folder. I am trying to use bootstrap from nuget packages in a blazor webassembly application.
I tried from my local machine and i see the url address certificate.
After i installed bootstrap using nuget package manager, bootstrap files don't show in my wwwroot directory and i can't reference bootstrap in my html files.
